Vanessa has over 25 years’ experience in project management and advisory, both in Australia and abroad specialising in civic & cultural projects.
For over 6 years Vanessa was Head of Projects at the Australian National Maritime Museum. And previously, she was Project Director for the Green One UN House in Viet Nam, the showcase project for UN Reform globally.
Vanessa has extensive experience throughout the project lifecycle, from project initiation, concept development and master planning, through financial feasibility, operational planning, design management and project delivery, including contract administration and operational readiness. Her experience in the government sector adds expertise in stakeholder management, governance, procurement and probity.
Vanessa holds a Master of Arts in the History of Architecture & Urbanism from Cornell University, USA, and a Master of Arts in Conservation Studies from the Institute of Advanced Architectural Studies, University of York, UK.
