Peter has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry working on major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects ranging in value up to $10B. His proficiency in managing estimating teams has been forged working as Senior and Chief Estimator with construction companies during a 20 year career.
Peter became an Executive Director with the combined RP Infrastructure (RPI) – Ranbury business in 2023, following RPI’s merger with Ranbury. Peter joined Ranbury in 2018 following its merger with Project Support, which he founded.
Peter heads the Cost Engineering business unit nationally responsible for the provision of services to our rail, road, airport, port and civil engineering clients.
Peter has provided advice on over 2,000 infrastructure and mining projects including roads, airports, ports, water infrastructure and major dams. Peter has been Independent Estimator on over 150 Alliances and can bring strong estimating and negotiating skills to any project.
Peter provides ongoing specialist independent costing and delivery advice, including commercial negotiations, for major and complex infrastructure projects. He is adept at reviewing contracts, estimates and projects to evaluate potential issues, risks, cost to complete, along with other project and commercial advice.
Peter specialises in risk management and can provide the necessary risk frameworks and modelling for any project. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineer (Civil), and is a member of MIEAust CPEng NER RPEQ AICD
