Melinda has a broad general project management background as well as experience in contract management, strategy development, construction development and planning.
Melinda has excellent stakeholder and communication skills, and she is proactive in all facets of project management. Melinda’s methodical approach ensures the effective contract management of all her projects. Her knowledge has enabled her to administer contracts for complex projects in live operating environments, ensuring a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
Melinda’s strong written skills have enabled her to develop and maintain detailed contract communication systems on large complex projects. This has ensured the effective reporting of large quantities of project information, so that key issues and risks are tracked and managed for the life of her projects.
Melinda understands what drives project success, and she has the skills to work within teams to positively influence and drive outcomes that ensure her projects are completed on time and within budget.
Melinda holds a Bachelor of Building (Hons) from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Sustainability from Swinburne University.
