Hilary is experienced in the development and implementation of marketing plans and communications strategies, as well as digital development, logistics and operations, for businesses based in Australia, the UK and the US. As Marketing and Information Director for the combined RP Infrastructure (RPI) and Ranbury business, following their merger in 2023, she supports the growth of the business with responsibility for Marketing, Communications, Bids, IT systems and Quality Assurance.
With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Hilary is focussed on developing integrated processes to improve performance, aligning customer needs, employee engagement and business goals to drive revenue growth.
Hilary holds a Bachelor of Media Studies from Macquarie University, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and Certificates in Direct and Digital Marketing from ADMA and the IDM UK.
