David has a diverse market wide perspective of property development and project delivery based on senior positions as a client-side development manager, tier 1 contractor, developer, construction manager, consultant project manager and consultant QS in a broad range of property market sectors.
David is experienced in campus and precinct development portfolio planning and project delivery, as well as the implementation of master plans. He is a subject matter expert for the delivery of multiple capital and transformational projects in the education sector.
David is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor (UK), he is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and he holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying & Construction management from the University of Hertfordshire. David is also a Green Building Council Australia Accredited Professional.
