Chris Crick

Chris became an Executive Director of the combined RP Infrastructure (RPI) – Ranbury business following their merger in 2023. Chris joined RP Infrastructure in 1998 and has many years’ experience in project management and management consulting on a range of government and private sector projects, focusing on civic, cultural, accommodation, education, and heritage projects.

Chris has extensive experience across the full project life cycle including: project initiation and definition; feasibility and business case preparation; value management; project procurement, design management; contract administration; risk management; asset management; and project auditing.

Chris enjoys leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects and working closely with clients and stakeholders in responding to and finding solutions for the unique challenges that arise on projects.  Chris frequently presents to the highest levels within organisations in a reporting or strategic advisory capacity.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics from the University of Canberra and has an Architectural Drafting Certificate from Bruce TAFE College. Chris is also a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
