Anthony has over 25 years’ experience in civil, mining, and municipal infrastructure works in both the public and private sector, the last 15 years of which have been in senior management and executive roles.

Anthony is an RPEQ civil engineer and highly experienced project manager, construction manager and operations manager, having completed a wide range of projects across Queensland working for organisations including Queensland Department of Main Roads, Seymour Whyte Constructions, Watpac Civil and Mining, FK Gardner and Sons and Golding Contractors.

Anthony became a Director for the combined RP Infrastructure (RPI) – Ranbury business in 2023 following their merger. He was formerly Ranbury’s Delivery Infrastructure Manager for Queensland.

Prior to his role at Ranbury, Anthony worked for local government as the head of capital delivery, initially for Ipswich, then Redland City Council, where he was the nominated superintendent on all major AS2124 contracts for complex transport and other infrastructure projects. Examples of these include Redbank Plains Road Duplication, Six Mile Bridge Replacement and Macleay Island Foreshore Works.

Prior to his work with council, Anthony was the Principal Contractor’s Representative on many complex infrastructure projects for TMR, including the Toowoomba Range Flood Repair Works, Warrego Highway (Jondaryan to Dalby) Pavement Rehabilitation and Overtaking Lanes, construction of the Bloomfield River Bridge and multiple NDRRA reconstruction projects in the Southwestern District.

He was also responsible for the delivery as both the Principal Contractor’s Representative and Project Manager of multiple road and bridge projects including Nerang-Broadbeach Road (Gooding Drive Intersection).

Anthony has a thorough understanding of the TMR TIC-CO (RCC); AS2124 and AS4000 suite of contracts. Having worked on ‘both sides’ of the contract, Anthony has empathy for both the principal and contractors, which gives him a unique perspective to understand issues and above all, maintain independence to ensure timely, fair, and reasonable assessments based on the contractual conditions.

Anthony has also completed projects for private clients including EPCM works at Rio Tinto Yarwun Stage 2 for Bechtel and the Gladstone Airport Reconstruction for Gladstone Regional Council. He was the Superintendent and Principal’s Representative on all major subcontracts for these projects.

Anthony has proven management and leadership skills that are built around accountability, trust, teamwork, respect and maximising people’s potential to achieve corporate and personal objectives.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Southern Queensland, Bachelor of Engineering Technology, majoring in Civil from CQ University and a Diploma of Project Management from Australian College of Project Management.
