RP Infrastructure (RPI) and Ranbury would like to congratulate Lisa Roberts who has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the combined business. Lisa formerly headed Ranbury’s Finance team.

RPI’s Chief Executive Officer David Gundy noted that Lisa was a key member of the integration team throughout the M&A process and would bring new perspectives to the leadership group.

“I am very pleased Lisa is joining the Group’s Executive Leadership team as Chief Financial Officer at what is a very exciting time for our business,” said David.

“Lisa’s significant experience in business operations, data analysis and process improvements, along with accounting and cost control, will bring unique perspectives to the role as we continue to implement our growth strategy,” he said.

A qualified Certified Practicing Accountant with a background in business analysis, Lisa is experienced at analysing data to identify and implement process changes that create value. As the former Manager of Business Operations at Ranbury, Lisa also has a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of the business.

Lisa’s previous experience includes analyst and accounting roles for large companies in the mining, oil and gas and power generation industries including Downer, Origin Energy and Thiess.

The RPI group’s Executive Leadership team is made up of senior leaders from the RPI and Ranbury businesses and comprises Chief Executive Officer David Gundy, Chief Financial Officer Lisa Roberts, Chief Operating Officer Mac Lydiard, National Director Project Management Brett Magnussen, National Director Advisory Sam Cook and Chief People Officer Alison Sherry.
