DELIVERING RETAIL STRATEGY AND LEASING CONSULTANCY TO TOWNSVILLE
Ranbury Management Group was engaged to provide retail strategy and leasing consultancy services for delivery of the Stage 3 expansion of Fairfield Central Shopping Centre, in Townsville.
Fairfield Central is a bustling sub-regional shopping centre located in Idalia, 7km from the Townsville CBD. The centre is located in a very strong growth corridor of Townsville and is easily accessible from the newly upgraded Bruce Highway.
Fairfield Central is an award-winning centre that is home to a full-line Woolworths supermarket, Kmart department store, Australia Post, and The Reject Shop. The centre also includes a mixture of 35 supporting specialty stores, including the “Fairfield Eats” alfresco dining precinct.
Stage 3 commenced construction early 2018, adding an additional 5,611m2 GLA. Tenants included Coles, Liquorland, and other fresh food and specialty retail and services. The project was completed in 2019.
Our retail expertise was called upon to bolster the clients in-house teams capability for the delivery of this shopping centre expansion project.
