Jason is a senior property executive with consultative expertise across multiple real estate asset classes, providing development management, investment management, and strategic asset planning services across numerous portfolios, ensuring key indicator out performance.
Jason’s experience has included delivering the Grand Central expansion project in Toowoomba which was valued at $525m, as well as the Hyperdome’s Market Room fresh food precinct in Logan which was valued at $17m. He also has worked on numerous other high value retail and mixed-use projects around Australia, from master planning and feasibility stages through to final delivery.
Jason joined Ranbury in February 2018 and is responsible for the delivery of property strategy and development management services to clients.
Before starting with Ranbury, Jason had an 18 year career with leading institutional fund manager, QIC Global Real Estate, holding roles in Property Management, Leasing, Development Management, and Investment Management.
Jason’s earlier career included Property Management roles with LJ Hooker and Knight Frank Price Waterhouse.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Business in Property Valuation and Administration (with distinction), through the University of Queensland. He has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Shopping Centre Management from the Property Council of Australia, and is a current sitting member of the Retail Committee of the Property Council of Australia.
