Bapi has extensive experience across a range of sectors including education, health, justice and emergency services, and airport infrastructure. He has recently delivered several successful building projects for Queensland Health across a number of Hospitals and Health Services.

Bapi understands the importance of focused and managed interface risk management between construction and operational zones. He has recently completed projects at Redlands Hospital, Sarina Hospital, Queensland Institute of Medical Research, the University of Queensland, and Southern Cross University.  His clients will attest to the fact that Bapi consistently delivers over a project’s lifecycle, from business case development through the design and procurement phases into delivery.

His diligent design briefing and considered consultation with key stakeholders makes him adept in planning and coordinating design packages from concept to detailed design.  His experience of the Department of Health requirements and expectations allows for proactive planning and execution of project delivery in this highly specialised discipline.

Bapi also has extensive experience in delivering project programmes, particularly those in live environments such as Queensland Health facilities in Aurukun and Ingham and Brisbane Airport Domestic and International Terminals.

Bapi has a Bachelor of Engineering (Medical) (Honours) and is a Certified Practicing Project Manager.
