Ranbury’s recent works on the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment have reached another major milestone. Ranbury currently has a project management team onsite assisting Metro North Health with the delivery of this exciting project.

Over the last few weeks, the managing contractor, Lendlease has topped out the final level of the Clinical Services Building. This outstanding achievement was a result of over half a million man hours.

These countless hours contributed to a range of works including the placement of 140 pre-cast beams and 750 pre-cast planks, 181 concrete pours that covered 10,750m³ of concrete, 860T of Reo, 120T PT, and about 3000 drawings with a combined design comment count of 11,900. This all amounted to 2500 workflows.

Ranbury is proud to be a part of such a great project.

Fun Fact: 10,750m³ concrete = 4 Olympic swimming pools or 1350 trucks full of concrete.
