Gold Coast City Council Capital Works Program Management Ranbury is assisting the Gold Coast City Council in preparing and developing a master project plan for the Councils capital infrastructure program.  Ranbury has been chosen to assist the Brisbane City Council with this exciting redevelopment opportunity. Our role is to assist council manage the concept planning phase with a view to preliminary approvals and engaging with the market in future stages. BCC’s objective is to revitalize what has become a neglected part of Brisbane and restore it to a vibrant engaging part of the city and we are delighted to be involved on such an important project. Urban Redevelopment Ranbury has been involved with significant Urban Development and Renewal projects, throughout Brisbane, including Principal Consultant on the Kellvin Grove Urban Renewal Project.   |
