Stillwater (Hope Island) residential development
Stillwater is a luxury residential apartment development in the heart of the Hope Island Resort Precinct. The development valued at $82M, includes 110 luxury units together with a 33 berth marina, lagoon pool and gymnasium.

Ranbury was appointed as the Development Manager and Project Manager from purchase of land through concept development, design and construction. This project is a unique benchmark development requiring innovative management solutions that has delivered a new level in residential lifestyle living for Hope Island.

Milton Transit Orientated Development (TOD):
The government’s South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan strongly promotes the benefits of transit oriented developments as part of the solution to address the combined requirements of better utilisation of public transport and the need to increase density in areas serviced with existing infrastructure. Ranbury’s combined expertise in rail infrastructure and building development have been utilised by Queensland Rail and the Department of Transport and Main Roads to assist in pulling together the proposal to build a mixed use development adjacent to and over the Milton railway station.

The mixed use development proposal provides significant benefits and upgrades to the main public transport node associated with Suncorp Stadium events and a critical station in QR’s rail network.
Site Disposals
Often Government departments and private organisations find themselves with underperforming property assets which they decide to sell. Sometimes these properties are in strategic locations but due to issues such as undermining, contamination inadequate zoning, heritage listing, and commmunity perceptions, their immediate value is significantly lower than possible due to uncertainty of these issues to a purchaser.
