Often Government departments and private organisations find themselves with underperforming property assets which they decide to sell. This was one of the most contaminated sites in Brisbane and initially could not be decontaminated due to the heritage listing of several buildings. Ranbury managed a process to resolve the conflict and the site is now successfully decontaminated and ready for sale with potential of a significant return to the owner.
